Debian vs Manjaro Linux Comments
- Debian is Free and Open Source
- Debian is Privacy focused

Debian is open source, rock-solid and popular, particularly for servers, though desktops too. It uses the .deb package system; Manjaro doesn't. Manjaro is Arch-based. But Manjaro also works out-of-the-box in 95% of cases for me. Setting up Debian has always been a pain in the behind. But maybe that's just me. But try it. Might work for you.
