Key features include sub-second long-polling message delivery, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication checks with spam scoring, custom domain support to avoid blocklist issues, a real-time debugging dashboard, and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI agents. SDKs are available for Node/TypeScript and Python alongside a REST API, and it integrates with Playwright, Cypress, pytest, Selenium, and other test frameworks.
