What is MailFixture?

MailFixture provides developers and QA engineers with disposable email inboxes via an API, purpose-built for automated testing. It captures the emails your application sends during a test run and automatically extracts one-time passwords, magic links, and other verification data, so you can test signup and authentication flows without relying on flaky sleep timers.

Key features include sub-second long-polling message delivery, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication checks with spam scoring, custom domain support to avoid blocklist issues, a real-time debugging dashboard, and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI agents. SDKs are available for Node/TypeScript and Python alongside a REST API, and it integrates with Playwright, Cypress, pytest, Selenium, and other test frameworks. A free plan is available (100 messages/month), with paid tiers starting at $15/month.
