magic.RIDE

magic.RIDE is an automatic vocal rider. It levels a vocal phrase by phrase in real time, so the whole performance sits at one consistent volume. It mimics the hand of an experienced audio engineer moving the fader.

Natural mode follows phrases rather than single syllables. Separate Boost and Cut range knobs let it raise quiet lines by a different amount than it pulls down loud ones, and AUTO-TARGET listens to the vocal for three seconds and sets the target and range. magic.RIDE can write its gain moves to DAW automation.
