I don’t know what this could be useful for. You can click something together, which might look more or less good, but the exported HTML code is terrible: absolute positionings, not responsive, etc., thus far from up-to-date web design. But you can easily set the font size for headers, paragraphs and so on, set background colors to paragraphs or whatever, and type in custom CSS stuff. But all in all … no, not the right thing for me.
