What is LuzardoFax?

LuzardoFax is a HIPAA online fax service for medical practices, dental and mental health offices, physical therapy clinics, law firms, insurance agencies and accounting practices across the United States and Canada.

A signed Business Associate Agreement is included on every paid plan and executed online during onboarding — not emailed as a PDF, not gated behind an enterprise tier. Each signature is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain through OpenTimestamps for independent verification.

Billing is predictable: LuzardoFax counts actual document pages, not 60-second transmission increments, so a dense document or a slow receiving line cannot silently multiply your usage. Failed attempts do not consume your allowance, and there is no automatic overage billing — sending pauses at 110% instead of producing a surprise invoice.

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, audit logs and two-factor authentication. Fax numbers are self-service in any US area code, and existing numbers can be ported in and out.
