Comments and Reviews
I like the application server named HCL Domino 12.02 Cloud Native that has ALSO a mail server included.
Used Lotus Notes/Domino as my primary job tool for 25+ years I can say: this is really convenient all-in-one solution for collaboration, workflows, document management, mail, integrations with many third party planforms (like Oracle, PostgreSQL, web services, etc).
Languages supported: Java, JavaScript, Lotus Script (Visual Basic equivalent), @Formula, DQL (SQL equivalent)
Very high scalability: from "solution on three 3.5 inch floppy disks" to "100 Gb data storage as hub for many web services"
Domino powers 10 million apps that run the business of more than 15,000 companies worldwide. The World Is (Still) Powered by Domino
I really don't understand how it is possible that a software like this could be commercial, and how it is possible that it is sold by a company like IBM. I can understand that a software never can be perfect, but this lacks of very basic functionalities and has visible bugs in the core functions. It is also difficult to configure and to manage. Luckily I'm not the only one to think that and also my company decided to migrate to a better solution. If you are evaluating the possibility to adopt it for your business make you a favour, stay away from it, for sure there are a lot of alternatives (commercial or free) that are better than it ( I really doubt that can exists a worst software than lotus notes in this field).

IBM, really?! You should be ashamed of selling this crap! I know it is cheap, but it is 10 years behind Outlook and other software! I have been using this software for more than a year and it keeps finding new ways to frustrate me!
