What is Loomance?

Loomance is a desktop application for Windows and Linux that turns still images into short AI-generated videos. All processing runs locally on the user's own NVIDIA GPU, so images are not uploaded to a cloud service and there are no per-video credits.

Under the hood it uses ComfyUI and the open Wan 2.2 image-to-video model, but the node graph is hidden behind a simple interface: choose an image, describe the motion, pick a resolution and generate. ComfyUI and the required models can be installed automatically on first run.

Modes include Stable Scene (stays close to the source image), First to Last Frame (animates between a start and an end image) and Wild Mode (more camera and scene movement). Other features include a render queue for overnight batches, optional upscaling of the final video, render history and a frame extraction tool.

The app is free to use with occasional ads. An optional Founding Supporter subscription removes ads and watermarks.
