What is Lookout by Rami Alhamad?

Lookout sits in your menu bar and keeps track of every coding agent you have running: Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. When one finishes or stops to ask you something, it notifies you. The popover lists sessions by what needs you first (waiting, running, then done), and a click jumps straight to the right Terminal tab, Codex thread, or Cursor window.

It reads state the tools already write to disk. Claude Code needs no hooks; Cursor uses one small hook you connect yourself. No account, server, analytics, or network requests. Free and open source (MIT). macOS 15 or later on Apple silicon.
