As someone who scours the internet for the best free software (or freeware as the kids call it), I love finding stuff like this.
With easy functionality, simple set-up and usage, along with all the possible applications, join.me is easily the best software for Virtual Network Controlling or just showing your peers what you're working on.
When I do my review of this software, explaining the possible uses alone will take half the show.
I would like to add one more very good remote support tool: R-HUB remote support servers http://www.rhubcom.com/v5/remote-Support.html
Hi I'm not sure but I think some policy in join me had change. You need to register before you can use it. please review and update.
The software is really easy but tooooo slow. In fact I can't hold online meetings with join.me due to its performance though it's crossplatform.
Easy-to-use - YES Crossplatform - YES Fast performance - NO Secure - NO
Well, it might seem a good alternative to Logmein or Ammyy Admin
AMMYY Admin but it definitely lacks connection security. Anyone can connect to your PC by randomly putting in the session number and control your computer.
Mu resume - good app for a short and not important open meetings, unfortunately that's all i can say about it. Pro IT people won't use it!
As I've already said try Ammyy Admin
AMMYY Admin or Logmein instead.

Unfortunately it does not work for linux I appreciate your enthusiasm though
The "Share" function uses a downloadable program, which is available for Windows or Mac, but not for Linux, indeed. The "Join" function, however, uses Flash. So this part does work on Linux.
I discovered this program today. It really is a nice alternative to TeamViewer.
