Lisar is a profile-based VPN service designed for standard VPN clients instead of requiring a proprietary Lisar application.
Users create and manage connection profiles through the Lisar web panel, download .ovpn configuration files for OpenVPN Connect, or use compatible L2TP/IPsec and router setup paths where supported.
Plans include documented speed, monthly quota, and concurrent-session limits. Depending on the selected plan, Lisar can also provide GeoDNS / Auto Entry, DNS AdBlock, and Custom Exit routing.
