What is Linabase?
Linabase is an open-source backend-as-a-service that gives you a managed Postgres database, authentication, and S3-compatible object storage behind a single SDK. It's built from scratch as an alternative to Supabase, with a focus on pay-as-you-go pricing, project portability, and testable Row-Level Security.
Every organization gets $10/month in free credits and can spin up unlimited projects with no per-project minimums. Pricing is metered by actual database storage, file storage, and bandwidth, with no tiers or feature gates.
Linabase emphasizes "no lock-in": projects export with a single click via pg_dump, the SDK mirrors Supabase's API patterns so most code ports over with light edits, and you can connect any standard Postgres ORM (Drizzle, Prisma, Knex) directly to your database.
