What is Liconcomp?
Liconcomp can compose videos, text, and camera images live and play them back in real time.
It's perfect for the playback of content on large screens, LED walls, scrolling LED displays, LED perimeter systems, and screens in custom formats.
Liconcomp can combine different content like videos or tickers and output them to the screen. Control is based on scripts, that is, your programmer can customize the software to your exact needs.

I think liconcomp might be dead. It only has a 32 bit version that only shows a gray screen on windows 10 creators update. Its users' forums are kinda deserted and the bugzilla server is very down.
