Comments and Reviews
The project is still fresh, but very promising. The developers have spent a lot of time thinking about proper a library file format that avoids problems of current open source EDA suites and will make creating and sharing comprehensive parts libraries easier. It is also much better regarding usability than current alternatives like KiCAD.
LibrePCB follows very good idea to create schematic and the PCB. Library concept is one of the best. User interface is simple but clear. System is able to create simple schematic, draw the PCB and create fabrication data with direct order possibility. In functionality is close to start of useability. Many of the basic features are not yet implemented. Project needs to more contributors. Please, support it. LibrePCB have a big potential.
