LetEmily

LetEmily is a memory and preparation layer for people managers. It keeps team member profiles, notes, one-on-one history, meetings, and open commitments in one place, and connects that context across months so a manager can recover it when it is needed.

The Free plan covers team profiles, notes and history, meeting notes and one-on-one records written by the manager, follow-up and commitment tracking, calendar and Slack connections, and a weekly reflection.

The Pro plan adds Emily, the product's AI layer: meeting preparation briefs assembled before each one-on-one, answers drawn from the manager's own team context, a Morning Report, proactive follow-up nudges, and insights across the full history rather than only recent weeks.

LetEmily is not a meeting recorder, an engagement survey, or a performance scoring system. It does not monitor employees, read their messages, or rank teams or managers, and customer data is not used to train AI models.
