What is Layoutr?

Layoutr is a simple, free, browser-based floor plan tool that anyone can use, with no design skills needed. It answers one question: will this furniture fit in my space?

Upload your own floor plan (the exact plan from your listing, your landlord, or a phone photo), set the real-world scale by clicking two points and typing a known distance, then drag, rotate, and resize real-sized furniture on top. Most other tools make you rebuild the room from scratch first. Layoutr lets you plan on the plan you already have, at your own scale, in meters or feet.

It is built for regular homeowners and renters who are moving or rearranging a room, not for professional designers. There is no CAD learning curve and no account required to start.

Privacy-first: your floor plans, furniture, and projects stay in your browser on your own device. They are never uploaded to or stored on a server, and there is no ad tracking.

Free forever for the core tool. Pro (EUR 4.99/month) adds unlimited furniture pieces, a growing built-in furniture library, and save & load projects. Lifetime access is a one-time EUR 19.99.
