JohnFastman Blur is much more than LastPass. Sure, it's a password manager, but their service also provides anonymous email addresses, protection of credit card details (that bit is ingenious!) and other features to help protect your online security and privacy. LastPass has a smaller feature set; it's basically just passwords (+ other types of small text data).

itd Absolutely free, you can store encrypted file with your passwords in any cloud service and open it anywhere: PC, Mac, Android... Security audited.

JohnFastman Password Safe is an open source password manager created by the security expert Bruce Schneier, the inventor of the Twofish encryption algorithm. Password Safe has been security audited. However, it's not a good LastPass replacement if you use Mac, Linux or want browser integration. For that look to KeePass+KeeFox plugin (Win, Linux), or MacPass/KeeWeb (Mac). Or LessPass.

sorakiu Open source, little bit more obscure, so I feel that makes it less of a target for hacking. There are ports to android and ios, python, c#, etc. It was created by Bruce Schneier - I trust him to not bake in privacy violations or the like. The UI is fairly easy to use and it will type in a password via the keyboard for websites that block copy/paste.
