It reads anything the GStreamer library can read (Ogg Vorbis, AAC, MP3, FLAC, WAV, AVI, MPEG, MOV, M4A, AC3, DTS, ALAC, MPC, Shorten, APE, SID, etc...), and writes WAV, FLAC, MP3, AAC, and Ogg Vorbis files.





















































Has a lot of features and the developer answers quickly and they tend to integrate community (or I should say, user) requested features and also very fast. If you can pay for it then it is a really great alternative, otherwise at least it would be for 30 days.
