LabelsWin file and folder colour icon labels for Windows Explorer. Allows you to mimic the OsX feature to color-tag files and folders. There is a lite version that only works on folders, tried on Windows 7 and it didnt work, it claims compatibility.

I had some troubles with this program (Windows 7 user is here) so I couldn't use it, but my friend uses it (XP user, heh) so I am familiar with this soft. Not bad, there are few nice icons. However, if we're talking about some functionality it's not even close for being a challenger for Folder Marker, best program from this kind of utilities for me.
FolderMarker seems to me more capable, actually. I don't try to make you use it. Still my opinion I've shared.
