Kwitsy keeps track of shared costs for trips, flatmates and nights out, and shows who owes whom, to the cent.
Expenses can be split equally, by exact amounts, shares, percentages or item by item. Friends can join a group from a link or QR code as guests, without creating an account. Each expense can be in any of 57 currencies, with the exchange rate for that day locked in. Receipts can be scanned, and everyone at the table can pick their own items from a bill.
When it's time to settle up, Kwitsy suggests the fewest payments, with Venmo, PayPal and UPI links filled in; it doesn't handle money itself. Groups can be imported from a Splitwise CSV export.
Kwitsy has no ads and no analytics trackers, works in any browser, can be installed to a phone's home screen, works offline, and is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Hindi. A demo can be tried without signing up.
