[Yesterday 4:38 PM] Farwa Maqsood I am a rookie tester and I have recently joined the industry. I struggle a lot to understand the user stories to better detect bugs in test cases. Lucky me to have a close friend who suggested me Kualitee as one of the most practical test management tools that have helped me to quickly grab the essence behind every test case by having access to detailed user stories. I kid you not, I stay on top of every new information and nothing gets missed anymore!
As a test manager, it is always difficult for me to manage all the team members, follow test metrics, and stay budget-friendly. But the day I started using Kualitee as my test management tool, my hours of worry have turned into happy hours. I am managing everything better and achieving more goals than ever!
What we like best about Kualitee is it’s support people are very helpful, fix our reported bugs within a day and accommodate our feature request from time to time. They even added an integration for us without extra cost. What I don’t really like about Kualitee is that we are unable to limit the visibility of a role to specific test case. A new tester can see all the test cases in the project.
Kualitee has helped us get organized in our test planning and executing. Before there was a lot of extra work to manually link up test cases with the defects and it used to consume a lot of tester and QA lead time. Now that part is handled by Kualitee, so that we can focus on our job, testing.
We can store and retrieve test plans and share with team members quite efficiently now, thanks to Kualitee. As a QA lead, I’m quite satisfied with the tool.
As a team we are big fans of Kualitee's ease of use. From our very first experience, in which we shifted our test case from excel to Kualitee through 2-3 click easy imports to now when we can see daily progress by going on dashboard.
We like using Kualitee's time saving features such as test case re-usability so that testers don't have to start over new and can share the test cases between themselves or can easily drag-drop test cases from their previous test cycles to new ones.
