KoRaft information
What is KoRaft?
KoRaft turns physical shelves into an inventory system. Instead of maintaining a spreadsheet nobody updates, or hoping the person who noticed the last bag of napkins was running out remembers to tell whoever does the ordering, you print a QR code for every product, stick it on the shelf next to that product, and anyone on your team can scan it — from any phone camera, no app install required — the moment they see stock running low. The scan creates a "reorder trigger" that appears instantly on the manager's dashboard.
From there, KoRaft tracks each item through three states — Triggered (someone scanned it), Ordered (a manager placed the order with the supplier), and Received (it arrived). The result is a clean audit trail of what got reordered, when, by whom, and how long each supplier actually takes to deliver — data you never had before.
Who KoRaft is built for
Small-to-medium businesses that manage physical inventory but don't need warehouse-management software. Typical customers include:
- Restaurants, cafés, and bars (napkins, packaging, cleaning chemicals, disposables)
- Beauty salons and barbershops (retail products, consumables, PPE)
- Print shops and workshops (paper stock, inks, cutting supplies)
- Small retailers with 50–1,000 SKUs
- Multi-location small chains where a central manager coordinates reorders across sites
If your current process is "Excel + WhatsApp + hope", KoRaft is the direct upgrade.
What makes KoRaft different
Purpose-built for the reorder loop. Competing tools like Sortly focus on asset tracking with no reorder automation; enterprise tools like inFlow Inventory or Cin7 Core start at $129–$399/month and take weeks to configure. KoRaft is live in under 15 minutes and starts at €9/month.
Physical-first. The QR card is the interaction surface. There's nothing to open on a phone, no login required for the person at the shelf (unless you enable SecureScan for sensitive items), and no training needed for staff.
Portable to real teams. Multi-user with per-role permissions, 6-language interface (English, Lithuanian, Chinese, Spanish, German, French), Android companion app with an offline scan queue for spotty warehouse Wi-Fi, and an email-template editor that drafts orders to suppliers automatically with the exact SKUs and quantities.
