What is KnowYa?

KnowYa adds an AI chatbot to your WordPress site that answers visitor questions using only your own pages, posts and products. When it isn't sure, it says so and captures the visitor's email so you can follow up.

It works with five AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek) using your own API key, with no per-message fees from KnowYa. Chats and leads are stored in your own WordPress database. The free plugin has no page or lead limits and includes a cost dashboard and a daily spend cap.

KnowYa Pro adds WooCommerce product and order lookups, document training, answer gap reports, lead export and webhooks, and analytics.
