I purchased the Prestashop Mobile App builder module, and for reasons due to my client, I exceeded the assistance period by a few days; so when I buy a module, the service that should be included that is the insertion on the stores must be done no later than 3 months, otherwise they ask for more money. That is, I paid, I could not finish the app in the order of 3 months and without even working on it for 20 seconds, you tell me that it is not convenient for you ??? Your policy lacks clarity and transparency.
I do not recommend everyone buying modules from this developer, they pull as much money out of your pockets as possible without giving written clarity in the contracts.
