What is Kitchen on Hand?

Kitchen on Hand is inventory and ordering software built inside a working restaurant, Sip of Saigon in Reno, Nevada, for independent restaurants that are tired of clipboards and spreadsheets nobody keeps up.

Every day the crew walks the kitchen on a phone. Items are listed by storage location, in the order you walk them, and each gets one tap: Good or Order. It keeps working in the walk-in with no signal.

Everything flagged lands on one order list, grouped by vendor, with a suggested quantity based on past orders. When the truck arrives, check it in at the dock and photograph the invoice; prices go into purchase history and increases are flagged. Waste is logged in dollars, inventory counts give a food-cost percentage, and recipes cost out per serving from what you actually buy.

Nothing to install: it runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Free for 30 days with no card, then $40 a month for one location, less per location as you add more, or save 25% yearly.
