Kirby is super-easy, and also very flexible with it’s block-based content management. No database needed, so making backups is a piece of cake. The price of € 99 per website as a one-time fee is fair for such a good CMS, I think.

Only super-easy for users, not so easy for webdesigners, because it's not intuitive how to create page templates, you have to put a lot of effort into it.
