The app is built for serious practitioners. Tracking covers macros and net carbs across a 2.3 million+ food database (FatSecret, USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts) and 176 restaurant chains, plus ketone logging for blood BHB and urine, glucose logging, automatic GKI calculation, and electrolyte tracking.

Premium adds an agentic Metabolic Forecast that projects a 72-hour metabolic trend from your own logged history, AI body-fat photo reading, and AI meal planning.

Recipe search includes 289 original KetoNoir cultural recipes, 182 of them keto-adapted, across Latin, American, Italian, French, and Mediterranean traditions, plus 19,000+ recipes from FatSecret's database.
