Kadapt

Kadapt is an AI marketing agent built for real estate agents who need listing video but have no time to make it.

You upload the listing photos you already paid a photographer for, drag them into showing order, and optionally add price, beds and baths. Kadapt then plans the shot sequence, writes the script, voices it with a natural AI narrator, adds captions and effects, and renders a finished vertical reel sized for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You approve the plan before anything renders, then download the file and post it. End to end it usually takes under ten minutes.

Two things separate it from general-purpose AI video tools. First, it never alters your photos: it adds motion, not modification, so there are no AI-generated rooms and no virtual staging, and the reel always shows the property as it was actually photographed. In real estate that distinction is the difference between a marketing tool and a liability. Second, caption language is written to be fair-housing-safe by design, with the guardrail built into the real-estate content pack rather than added afterwards.

Kadapt also keeps a brand profile per agent or team, so narration voice, logo placement and styling stay consistent across every listing, and it suggests reel ideas from that profile.

Signing in with an email lets you run photos through and see a full plan at no cost. The 14-day free trial then covers three reels with every feature unlocked, though a card is required to render. Paid plans are Solo, Pro and Agency, which differ only on monthly credits, number of brands and render speed.
