Jobber is the new web-app that allows any company to measure and improve employee engagement at ease. We enable you to set up your own employee engagement survey, to invite employees by e-mail, by mail or by SMS and to have the results visible in a real-time dashboard.

You'll see your indicators in your dashboard. The indicators are based on the questionnaire that you've chosen to use for your company. The overall job satisfaction for your company can be monitored as well. All indicators and the overall satisfaction will be updated as soon as you select a different group in your group-panel.

What is Jobber?

Jobber is the new web-app that allows any company to measure and improve employee engagement at ease. We enable you to set up your own employee engagement survey, to invite employees by e-mail, by mail or by SMS and to have the results visible in a real-time dashboard.

Jobber also offers Jobber discuss, an application that enables you to have a discussion with your employees. Both employees and the employer can carry out points for improvement and have a discussion on suggestions about how to improve these issues. These discussions can be conducted on a group level as well as on a company level.
