"It didn't work at all. I paid for it but it just got stuck and didn't work, no matter how much I tried. To make things worse, they charged me another 20€ for a monthly subscription without any reminder or the possibility of a refund. The app and service are terrible. Don't buy it. Use the Apple app - it's free and it works, although you may have to wait if your chats are large, but at least it works."
