As a new user, I published a presentation inadvertently writing over a previous edition, and made an error that seemed to change URL from the original. The issue was the original URL was already embedded in letters sent to prospective clients. I was a bit rattled when I called iSpring Cloud Support for help. And here’s why I think iSpring Support is exceptional. First off, I could talk to technical support right away, and that means I was never placed on hold waiting my turn. Being impatient, that alone warranted an “A”. Then technical support unraveled what I had done and fixed it. Finally, and this is what really stood out, he stayed on the line with me while the presentation reloaded to ensure that it did indeed publish correctly with the original URL. That last action made me believe that iSpring does commit to its customers. In a word, exceptional!
I was looking for months for a way to get my Powerpoint that included a slide show with audio, an embedded youtube video and a quiz that was automatically returned to my email to work. Nothing I tried would allow it all to work at the same time until I found iSpring Cloud. It did exactly what I needed for a few weeks and then the youtube stopped playing. I contacted their support and within a couple of weeks they had resolved the problem and it works perfectly now.
Whenever I was checking on the progress they were quick to respond. I'm very happy with my partnership with iSpring Cloud.
I am working on creating a PowerPoint Course for English language learners. I decided to use iSpring products for this project after using the trial version. There have been a couple of times when I needed help and the customer service I received is absolutely superb. They are extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond in assisting me. I use both iSpring Cloud and the Converter PRO. Both are excellent products and are exactly what I need. I would highly recommend this product and company for others who need this service.
We are using iSpring Cloud to share company presentations to investors. All functions are intuitive in using. If something is not working like expected, the support is very quick, professional and friendly.
I can recommend it for sharing presentations online instead of sending emails with the files attached.
