NetSNSOR is a great program, but I also wanted to be alerted when my Internet Connection goes back up. Internet Network Notification will let you know. I like to add it to NetSNSOR as the program to execute when the connection drops. It doesn't repeat the message like NetSNSOR does, but if you're sitting at your desk or have it up loud, you will be sure to know.
