I joined a presentation that used interacts recently and I really liked the live reactions, they give a me a feel of what other people in the group was thinking and that made us feel connected like we were in the same room.
Ability to gather insights quickly and with little need to constantly probe and ask the team for answers. I mostly use this during our standups on the tail ends of the weekend to gauge team sentiment, sprint progress, and even right down to ice breakers or team lunch voting.
The app is clean and simple to use. Since it's web-based it also allows a large majority of people to join in without having to download the application first and run through installations ect.
I have been using Interacts for a few weeks now and it really has helped my team engage. Especially great for our team retrospectives.
It makes remote meetings more interactive and fun. I get more input from the group, and use it to spark conversation. Themes in what people say are also easily visible and can be exported into our other productivity tools.
