What is IncidentLog?

IncidentLog is a mobile-first incident and safety reporting tool built for small and mid-size employers who need to stay compliant with OSHA recordkeeping (29 CFR 1904).

Workers report incidents by scanning a QR code posted at the worksite — no app install, no login, no account needed. Reports are signed digitally and locked with a SHA-256 tamper-evident hash, creating a legally defensible audit trail.

Admins get an auto-generated OSHA 300 Log, 300A Summary, and 301 Incident Report, exportable as clean, watermark-free PDFs — replacing manual spreadsheet tracking. The worker-facing form is bilingual (English/Spanish).

Built for industries with high injury-reporting obligations: construction, security guarding, childcare, hospitality, and general workplace safety.
