What is Image Forge?

ImageForge is a fast, fully offline batch image studio for Windows. Resize, compress, convert, watermark, and crop hundreds of images in seconds — from one clean, modern desktop app. No Photoshop, no subscription, and no cloud uploads. Your images never leave your machine.

Built for content creators, social media managers, bloggers, e-commerce sellers, and anyone who routinely handles batches of images and is tired of XnConvert's dated interface, IrfanView's complexity, and online tools that impose file-size limits and raise privacy concerns.

ImageForge uses a focused three-pane studio layout: a command bar for opening images and exporting, a tool rail for picking the active tool, a zoomable canvas that previews input and output side by side, and an inspector where every setting lives. You always see the result before you export.

The free tier covers single-file work — everything you need to fix one image fast. Resize by pixel dimensions or percentage with an aspect-ratio lock and a choice of resampling algorithm, compress JPG, PNG or WebP with a quality slider and before/after size comparison, and convert between JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF and BMP. An info panel reads dimensions, colour mode, DPI, format and colour profile at a glance.

Unlock premium once and ImageForge becomes a full batch pipeline. Resize, compress, and convert entire folders in a single pass, or queue different operations on different image sets and run them unattended. Add text or logo watermarks with full placement, opacity and rotation control across a whole batch. Crop to social aspect-ratio presets, add borders and padding, extend canvases, rotate and flip with EXIF awareness, and sharpen after downscaling. Handle print workflows with colour-profile and DPI conversion, strip EXIF/IPTC/XMP metadata for privacy, rename on export with flexible patterns, and save reusable presets like "Instagram Square — 1:1 crop, 1080px, WebP 85%."

Sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription. Premium unlocks after entering a valid licence key, then the app keeps working fully offline.
