What is Im Here!?

Im Here! takes attendance without accounts or app installs. The host opens a room and shows a four-digit PIN and a QR code on the projector or board. Everyone in the room goes to imhere.in or scans the code, types their name, and the list builds live on the host's screen. When the timer ends, the host copies the names or downloads a CSV.

Optional "Verify presence" checks help confirm people are actually in the room: a QR code that changes every few seconds, a location check, and a same-network check. A failed check flags the name for the host instead of locking anyone out. Hosts can also ask one question at check-in. Rooms hold up to 1,000 names.

It's free for hosts and participants. Hosts can optionally sign in to keep past rooms across devices. Participants only ever give a name, which is deleted from the room when it closes. Also includes a free printable sign-in sheet maker, attendance sheet maker, random name picker and group generator.
