Hourglow

A sleep app built around the 3am wake-up: one calm pick at bedtime, a one-tap 3am button with quiet classical piano, no streaks, no ads, no trackers, no account. Web-based, works on any phone.

The Tonight screen: one suggested session for the evening instead of a library to browse, with the 3am button always one tap away.
The 3am screen mid-session: quiet classical piano playing, near-black display, no clock, and a Stop button — nothing is asked of you.
+1
The Library: sleep stories, body scans, breathing and soundscapes, with a free "start here" shelf — free sessions stay free forever.

What is Hourglow?

Most sleep apps are built for bedtime. Hourglow is also built for the hour after — waking at 3am with nothing designed for that moment.

At bedtime, Hourglow gives you one good pick — a sleep story, body scan or soundscape — instead of a library to scroll at midnight. If you wake in the small hours, the 3am button starts calm sound in one tap: quiet classical piano over distant water, the screen near-black, no clock, nothing asking anything of you.

The rest is a list of nos: no streaks, no scores, no ads, no trackers, no account needed, no annual plan. Morning check-ins stay on your phone. 90 sleep stories at launch, each with its own composed music — nothing loops.

Built by a solo founder in the UK. The free tier is free forever; the paid tier is monthly only after a 7-day trial, with the billing promises printed on the landing page.
