What is HotelPro?

HotelPro is a web-based property management system designed for small independent hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs.

It includes a dashboard showing occupancy, revenue and paid/unpaid amounts, a reservation calendar organized by room, and payment tracking with alerts for unpaid bookings. Rooms can be organized by floor with nightly rates and availability, and each room has a housekeeping status (clean, cleaning, to clean, maintenance).

Other features include guest and staff management, monthly and annual revenue reports, Excel export and printable bookings. Each hotel gets a public direct booking page that can be shared by link, QR code or WhatsApp, or embedded on an existing website. Booking.com reservations can be imported via iCal. The app also includes a built-in AI assistant.

The interface is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. HotelPro runs in the browser with no installation and offers a 14-day free trial.
