On Hot Page, you can build any web page. That’s because we eschewed cookie-cutter templates in favor of an editor that makes original designs easy to build from scratch. And if you build something you like, we make it easy to reuse.

Hot Page is not another walled garden. It was founded in the spirit of the web’s democratic and open ethos. On Hot Page you build sites using open web standards, not proprietary template frameworks. Unlike most graphical website builders, you always know what you’re building, even if you didn’t write all the code from scratch. You can even download your pages and host them yourself wherever you like. We believe in an honest relationship with our customers and that starts with fair pricing — we even let you build as many sites as you want for free.

The Hot Page editor makes it easy to build up complete designs by remixing common code snippets. Building with open web standards also means that you will also be able to incorporate any of the free, open-source code that already exists to help make totally stellar websites. And we also have a collection of our own web components, called HotFX, which are free and open source for anyone to use anywhere on the web.
