Very poor company, me and my partner booked a hostel in Tbilisi, Hostel Georgia. We arrived at 3 am to find out that it doesn't exist. Called hostelworld, no help. Tried to get an explanation of what happened and their customer service is horribly poor (Kirsty was her name) No compensation, no consideration, pathetic. As long as they make money they don't care.

I also just checked their website and after saying they will look into it, they still advertise the hostel.
