What is HomeAlmanac?
HomeAlmanac is a home maintenance and home records app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Answer a few questions about the house and it builds the seasonal maintenance schedule around what you actually have, rather than handing you a generic checklist.
The vault holds the rest of it: manuals, warranties, receipts, paint colours, filter sizes and appliance serial numbers, all searchable, so the answer is on your phone while you are standing in the hardware aisle. Safety recall alerts, warranty and cost tracking, and a home health score sit alongside it.
Records stay on the device and sync through your own iCloud if you turn that on. There is no account to create, and everything works offline.
The free tier covers one home with up to 20 documents, 15 appliances and 25 photos, including the maintenance schedule and reminders. Premium lifts every limit at $39.99 a year, with a 7-day trial, or $5.99 a month. Lifetime is $99.99 once.
