HawkView is a free, fast image viewer for Windows built around GPU-accelerated display, so even huge photos appear instantly with smooth zoom and pan.

It opens around 40 formats out of the box, including RAW, HEIC, AVIF, JPEG XL, WebP, PNG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PSD and SVG, with no plugins or codec packs required.
