    Hash is described as 'is your free utility to validate the check sum a file (file checksum)'. There are more than 10 alternatives to Hash for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Online / Web-based, Linux, BSD and Mac. The best alternative is Hashtab. It's not free, so if you're looking for a free alternative, you could try OpenHashTab or fHash.
