What is Hard Guard Security?
Hard Guard Security is a free, open-source security suite for WordPress focused on local-first protection and privacy. It includes malware and file integrity scanning, vulnerability detection, two-factor authentication, brute-force login protection, audit logging, active session monitoring, GeoIP access controls, antispam tools and WordPress hardening features.
File and database scanning is performed locally on the WordPress server, and scan results or installed software inventory are not sent to the plugin developer. All features are available for free without a license key, trial period or paid upgrade.
