Harbor Fax

Harbor Fax lets you send a fax online without signing up for a monthly plan or creating an account. Upload your document, enter the fax number, pay $2.99 per send, and it goes out over T.38 through a carrier-grade network. Nothing is kept after the fax is delivered. Documents and fax numbers are not stored or logged, so there's no history sitting on a server. Built for people who need to fax something once in a while (medical forms, insurance paperwork, government documents) and don't want a subscription or another account just to do it. Made by Harbor Privacy, a small privacy-focused software company.
