Gratora is a donation and fundraising platform for WordPress. One plugin covers the whole path from the donation form to the report: forms, campaign pages, recurring plans, donor records, receipts and reporting. It runs on your own WordPress site, so donor data stays in your own database and payments run through your own Stripe or PayPal account.
The free plugin includes:
- Donation forms built in the WordPress block editor: suggested and custom amounts, one screen or several steps, custom fields, conditional fields, anonymous donations and consent checkboxes.
- Recurring donations: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Donors change or cancel their own plan.
- Campaigns: a campaign page built for you, goals by amount, by donations or by donors, progress bars, recent donations and a supporter wall.
- Funds, so donors choose what their donation pays for.
- Donor management: lifetime totals, donation history, segments, retention, private staff notes and CSV export, plus a donor portal with sign-in by email link.
- Receipts and reports: automatic email receipts, branded PDF receipts, year-end statements, and revenue and donor reports.
- Payments with Stripe or PayPal, records for cash, check and bank transfer, full and partial refunds, and a test mode.
- Several currencies with a currency switcher, and an option for donors to cover the processing fee.
- Privacy tools: donor email, phone and address are encrypted at rest, consent is recorded per donation, and a donor can be erased or anonymized on request.
Paid add-ons add peer-to-peer fundraising, event tickets, an AI assistant, more payment gateways (Authorize.Net, Square, GoCardless, Moneris, Razorpay), conversion tracking, webhooks with Slack and Mailchimp, tribute donations and UK Gift Aid.
Moving from GiveWP? A free importer brings over donors, donations, campaigns and recurring donations.
