GraphThing Alternatives

GraphThing is described as 'tool that allows you to create, manipulate and study graphs. These "graphs" are mathematical objects that describe relationships between sets; they are not 2D plots, charts, or anything similar to that'. There are nine alternatives to GraphThing for a variety of platforms, including Linux, Mac, Windows, Online / Web-based and Android. The best alternative is Gephi, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like GraphThing are SocNetV (Free, Open Source), jsflap (Free, Open Source), JFLAP (Free) and GraphShop (Free, Open Source).
