Pretty much the best GUI option on Mac for using GnuPG2
It's open source with a GPL-3 license.. you can use it commercially for free, and can even compile it from source. GPGMail has a support plan, but It's still free to use and compile yourself since it's GPL-3 and LGPL licensed.
