It provides an interface to develop a basic site. It does not allow the execution of scripts or upload customized html files for a security issue. In addition, gadgets are outdated. It seems that the google support abandoned the development of this service.
I was able to publish my own site quickly, without having to use a blog. I hope it stays in operation and expands its features.
