What is GitStats Board?

gitstats is a leaderboard for you and your friends' coding activity: commits, lines added and deleted, active repos, streaks and top language, by week, month or year.

Sign in with GitHub and your public activity shows up automatically, with the last year backfilled. Private and work repos are counted by a small open-source CLI on your own computer. It runs git log locally and uploads only numbers. Code and file names never leave your machine, and repo names are only shared if you turn them on. gitstats never asks for GitHub's repo scope.
