Galerist is a client gallery platform for photographers and videographers. You upload a shoot, publish it under your studio's brand, and your client browses it full screen, marks favourites and downloads the files.
Delivery keeps what you exported. In a delivery gallery, JPEG files are served byte for byte as you uploaded them, one by one or as a ZIP. Video streams adaptively up to 4K next to the photos, and your client downloads the exact file you uploaded.
Every gallery carries your logo, in one of 15 gallery styles. From the Plus plan, galleries live on your own studio subdomain. Galleries are hidden from search engines by default and can be password protected.
Proofing covers both photos and video: clients mark their selections, pin comments to a spot on a photo or to a timecode on a video, and the photographer gets an email with the selection.
AI face search lets a guest take a selfie and find every photo they appear in. It is turned on per gallery, the photographer first confirms they have the right to use it, and it runs on Galerist's own service rather than a third-party recognition API. The selfie is not stored.
Plans start at €11.99 a month billed annually (€14 to €79 billed monthly), with unlimited galleries within each plan's storage, renewable for as long as a client needs them. Storage and video are stated in gigabytes and hours, never advertised as unlimited. Photographers who are not ready for a plan can pay for a single gallery once, at €9.99. Signing up is free and needs no card.
The interface and client emails are available in English and Italian.
